Delivery
RE/WAY offers FREE delivery worldwide. We use DHL, UPS and Fedex as delivery partners. If your order is placed before 1pm on a business day the order will be packed and shipped from RE/WAY the same day. The delivery time is between 3-5 business days. RE/WAY offers international shipping.
Returns
RE/WAY offers our customers a 14 days return period in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. This means that you have the right to cancel any purchase by notifying RE/WAY within 14 days from when you received the product ordered (this is called the return period). To return a product please contact us and we will assist you with a return label. All returns are paid by the customer and the price will be deducted from the total paid amount when the refund is made.
The right of return does not apply to the following kind of products:
- Products with broken seals. All products delivered by RE/WAY are sealed with a special RE/WAY-tag. If this tag is broken or removed the product will not bee accepted for return.
- Items not in the original condition as sent to the customer. The item must be unworn and unused and branded dust bags, care and/or authenticity cards must be included in the return
