Delivery
RE/WAY uses Budbee and DHL as delivery partners. If your order is placed before 1pm on a business day the order will be packed and shipped from RE/WAY the same day. The delivery time is between 3-5 business days. RE/WAY offers international shipping.  

Returns
RE/WAY offers our customers a 14 days return period in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. This means that you have the right to cancel any purchase by notifying RE/WAY within 14 days from when you received the product ordered (this is called the return period).

The right of return does not apply to the following kind of products:

(a) products with broken seals. All products delivered by RE/WAY are sealed with a special RE/WAY-tag. If this tag is broken or removed the product can not be returned.

(b) due to health protection or hygiene reasons the following products may not be returned (underwear, swimwear)
